One of the servers supporting app.waitwell.ca had an incident that required it to restart. In the rare event of a server incident, the WaitWell system is designed to automatically failover to one of the other servers that run in parallel because our redundancy is designed to be automatic and transparent. Unfortunately, the specific type of failure was not detected by the failover software. We've identified that reason resolved the matter.

The incident affected a small portion of users on app.waitwell.ca for approximately 8-min while the server restarted. This was not a full outage nor a security related incident.
