There was a high-severity incident on the Canadian servers at approximately 8:09am MST that affected some clients' ability to log into their WaitWell staff app. The log in challenges were intermittent. The incident was resolved by 10:15am MST. The cause of the incident was an unresponsive caching service we use to maximize database performance.
