Previous incidents

There was an error on one of our web servers for ~30 seconds at ~1:45pm MST on July 18, 2025 caused by a sudden influx of API calls that affected performance temporarily. Our load balancer kicked in to keep the system operating while we restarted the server. The issue has been resolved. This was not a security related event.

There was a temporary issue with one of our US web servers this morning from ~8am to 9am EST. It was an intermittent issue that affected some clients, while not affecting others. The matter was resolves shortly after 9am EST. It was not a security related matter.

Some SMS messages are failing with 503 errors. This is caused by one of our SMS providers experiencing networking issues.
